Born and raised in Illinois, Steve joined the United State Marine Corp in 1990 as a reservist on a six year contract. He graduated from Illinois State University in December 1994 with a double major in Finance and International business. In January 1995, Steve began working for John Hancock as a financial planner. In August of that same year, Steve moved to John Deere as an Account Executive, which relocated him and his family to Las Vegas. After realizing that the only way to move up in the company was extensive travel, Steve decided he could take what he had learned from his agency experience and open his own business. In 2006 Stiles Insurance Services opened as a full lines agency providing a myriad of services to its clients. The company services approximately 600 clients.
